The conference has been designed to foster an understanding of the challenges that teachers face around the world. The final version of the applicaiton we wish to build will be the perfect assistant for teachers of any experience level, helping them to build dynamic, stimuating learning environments in which students of all abilities can flourish.

The research application already provides significant value to teachers but it was acknowledged, during development, that the impact of the final application needed to be better understood.

CCEF3 is designed with the following goals in mind:

Providing free access to quality education to anyone in any location.
Enabling teachers to easily create inspiring environments for their learners regardless of their own teaching ability
Ensure that each learner is able to reach their maximum potential
Reduce resource wastage in education due to poor planning and execution of curricula.

With these 4 key goals in mind, CCEF3 2024 has been organised to help us better understand the environment into which we are launching this innovative application.

Understanding

The main focus of the conference is to foster an understanding of the challenges facing teachers around the world. As our economies become more interlinked due to globalisation, it is essential that our education systems are able to prepare students to navigate the challenges of international cooperation.

Scoping

A significant amount of work has already been done on the application and we need to validate this as well as identify the next steps we need to take. The final application will need to be able to wrap very tightly around the needs of teachers in all regions. While there is a giant wish list of things we would like to include, this will need to be prioritised so that the initial scope of the final application is very focused.

Funding

The delegate fees and sponsorships are designed to fund the continued development of the application. It is essential that all teachers, regardless of their location and access to funds, should have free access to the final application. The annual conference will provide a source of funding for the application and ensure that access to quality learning outcomes is a secure, basic human right.
